At Moon Pod, we want you to experience ultimate relaxation; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 365 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in original condition to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the return or exchange process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully deflate or compress your Moon Pod if necessary and place it back into its original shipping box with all accessories included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
